"Everything from room confort, view, services are great. The hotel is connected with Union Tower on top of which is a revolving bar and restaurant where we can have a great view of the city. Food and drinks are awesome. The only inconvenience is that all tourist attractions and restaurants are not in walking distance. All seem to be near the hotel but because it's typical of Dallas downtown that there is no space for walking, we had to take Lyft to most attractions from $5 - $12. It's not too...

"The room and front in service was amazing, however we went to Rojo after the Luke Combs concert. We sat in the outside patio where we were refused service. Wait staff only stated half the patio was his and his demeanor was curt. He then stated he would get someone which never came to fruition. After approximately 15 minutes, no one came to take our orders. I ended up contacted the bar manger and explained the staff unwillingness to service the patio guests. "Property was organized and cleanliness. Key card is helpful for securing entrances. My favorite is the rooftop to overlook the Houston skyline, and indoor pool with a jacuzzi. However, the only negative experience I encountered is paying approximately $40 including taxes for parking for each vehicle if you are a guest for a hotel. Overall, it was an amazing experience."
