"The room was good ,but the shower where the hot and cool switched was , it was broke, hot water only lol."

"Do not expect much when staying at the Spark Hotel. It’s more like a University dorm. Yes, the room is clean but that’s the only positive you will find. The staff seem like they are waiting for a better job and so it reflects in their current position. Housekeeping was missed and when I asked for fresh towels because our room was not clean, we have housekeeping the next morning hammering so hard on our room door that we were startled awake and how to say ‘sorry, we are still sleeping!!’ Ruined...

"Check in was smooth and quick, staff especially Danny was very knowledgeable of the area and super helpful in general. Hotel is a bit dark but still clean and super central and close to the Metro."

"Room was functionality very good, with stove, refrigerator. Someone remarked it was dated but i liked it. Location is excellent, in the heart of downtown and perfect if McGill location is important to you. Parking was in a nearby hotel for a reasonable daily fee. Breakfast was basic, nothing cooked (cold boiled eggs aside) but plentiful. For the location it was very decently priced."
