We had to stay a 2nd day due to flight cancellation in an ice storm and so it was awesome to access the underground city and stay indoors to use the bonus time. Food at the hotel restaurants was great! Great location for the Habs game too! "

"Our room was okay, but the ac/fan was not working (I’ll hand it to the staff they did get it fixed quite quickly). The hotel is under renovations but our ceiling was half painted, there was part of the ceiling in the bathroom that was cracked and slightly open (hole). The front desk staff were kind enough but could be short with us (we had issues with our flights/delays/check in and delayed baggage) so trying to speak to someone and checking with them regarding the arrival of luggage was tangly...

"This hotel is so charming. It is in an excellent area with the Guy Concordia metro station two blocks down the road. Walked everywhere with ease. The staff was great. The hotel was very clean, yes it’s a little old, but so clean! The bed was very comfy and the room was so cute, I absolutely loved it. The only think that was a little bit annoying was the pipes and the heating was quite loud. "
