"Great location, just no breakfast available."

"Nettes älteres Hotel am See."

"We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town, the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach...

"Staff are really helpful, nice and honest! We leave the computer in the room and forget to take it with us. The cleaning lady found it, staff keep it until we went to pick it up! Thanks for all the Staff and owner!"

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The golf course is in good condition. No extra charge for warm up balls. The heater are way too noisy. It’s sounds like a helicopter."

"The management was kind and courteous. I was in a very difficult situation and the staff were flexible and sensitive to my concerns and needs. The rooms are freshly renovated, unique and very clean with plenty of space. My only issue is that the breakfast is pretty minimal. Otherwise, it’s the best spot in Gan."

"We loved the hot tub and the room was nice. We were happy with our stay"

"The overall stay- room, breakfast and distance from the main activities are praise worthy . However, because of the mistake of the receptionist the card was charged 3 times which was not brought in my knowledge and when I personally went to the desk to ask I was informed that one return was processed another was initiated and will take couple of days to show on my card."

"I think that charging $75 for a pet is ridiculous. Children cause more problems. Room was clean . The A/C kept cutting out and it was hot at times."

"Nice location, parking across street was ok, stairs to room were hard with bags but okay, good location for walking to restaurants and enjoyed the breakfast,"

"Clean rooms friendly staff"
