"I had a great experience staying at this hotel, it was centrally located to all the sightseeing you could do in Burlington, Vermont. The restaurant is very good! I had breakfast and dinner and it was perfect, great coffee as well! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and very quick to help and double check on anything needed!"

"Outside of the property is good, inside is terrible. Walls are filthy, carpeting is horrible. I didn't want to walk barefoot in the room. Looked like blood on the carpeting. Fridge was missing a foot and almost fell out of the cupboard when we opened it, shelf broken, bottom of drawer completely broken. Continental breakfast is donuts and granola bars. Charged way too much. Do not stay here. "

"The building we were staying in also had the pool on the lower level. The humidity level was very high, there were obviously past roof leaks as there were numerous patches visible. In addition the building had a musty odor."
