"Had a slight problem with my room, But John and Amanda were able to fix the problem"

"Amazing room, amazing facilities, wonderful gym… clean, fun, great staff… thank you!"

"It was very clean. It would have been nice if there was either extra toilet paper in the room or a full roll when arriving because the room had very little toilet paper but other than that it was good"

"We chose this hotel because we were attending a wedding in the area, and it was the closest available hotel with rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived around 3:00 PM to check in and immediately encountered a long line of guests waiting at the front desk. Despite there only being one customer service representative assisting guests, the process was extremely slow and took over 25 minutes. Unfortunately, this caused us to be late to the wedding we were...

"Overall was a good experience. Only thing we had an issue with was the wall outlet in our room was loose and our phone charger kept falling out. One suggestion is to put refrigerators in the rooms."

"This is a very beautiful property. The hotel and room was very nice. There were several restaurants and bars to choose from. The spot I ate at was perfect for a delicious burger and cocktail."

"The bathroom was dirty! Even the bottle of soap attached to the wall was dirty. The calking around the bathroom was clearly thrown on and looked dirty as well. The mirror was the nicest part of the bathroom. The mattress protector was dirty!"

No washcloths in the bathroom. I could not understand how the tv remote worked and the channels seemed to be different from the remote control. The closed captioned was too small and too light to see and read from the bed, so I couldn’t read it well. Breakfasts were cheap and not good. Staff...

"Absolutely awesome room! Bed was comfy, great shower and just an awesome experience. I always love staying at Hampton, but this one is superior!"

"Great place. Clean n perfect"

"I'm a little disappointed in this property. I've stayed here three or four times in the past and have enjoyed great stays every time. However, this last time (September 2026), we had several issues with our room: - The fridge didn't work and made a terrible smell when plugged in - The HVAC unit was extremely loud - The plumbing had the yips; the toilet tank didn't fill for a few hours and the bathroom sink was dry We let management know about the fridge & AC. They couldn't fix the fridge...
