"Pool great outside spa wonderful "

"The room had been cleaned but clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. There were spiders in the corners, stains all over the carpet, and sticky residue on the desk. The pool was closed the day we arrived and the hot tub remained closed for our entire weekend visit. The cleaning staff scolded me when I entered my room to grab an item I needed during their daily clean. I took my daughter down to the “heated” pool after they reopened it and it was freezing cold. "Easy check in"

"Room was ok. Sone towels needed to be recycled. Front desk personnel were friendly enough. Breakfast was sub par. Entries were cold. Disappointed "

"The staff was very hospitable. The drain plug in the bathtub in room 23 slowly leaked water out, so that should be secured so that you can take a long bath if wanted. Beyond that, very pleased! :)"
