"1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels. Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it. Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity. We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair. Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels...

"This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Attached to an excellent breakfast restaurant, the hotel is an easy walk to everything from Elizabeth Quay to the botanical gardens to RAC arena and all the CBD. Very reasonably priced for excellent value. Rooms are good size. Staff is super friendly. Would recommend getting a room off Mount St if a little street noise is bothersome. This will definitely be my go-to hotel in Perth. One suggestion would be to put USB charger ports in the rooms....

"Excellent location for convenient and easy access to F&B, transport and grocery. Nice river view and quiet surrounding, occasionally could hear ambulance siren as the hospital is just nearby. Most staff are friendly, especially Francesca is very polite, patience and helpful."

"It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay."

"Hotel location was good, a short walk away from the train station & there is a free CAT bus to Perth Station. Nice restaurant at the hotel but unfortunately miss the 2 days that we wanted to eat. Some nice places to eat near the hotel but just be careful in the night as there are a no. of clubs/bars around the area. We almost got hit by a glass bottle thrown down by a killer litter after dinner. Hotel parking is just too expensive. However, there are carparks nearby as well."
