"They are lacking staff in their pub to handle the amount of people. My burger should have been well cooked, instead it was almost raw inside. I did not even bite into it, I cut it open as I always do. I returned it. They did not know how to credit my room after charging it, so I had to go to the front desk. Room Service cleaned our room, then I took a shower and realized that no clean towels were replaced in my room. The bottom bed sheet did not fit the bed properly, not deep enough to tuck into...
