"It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. "We usually only leave positive reviews but we just couldn’t for this stay. 3 out of 4 front desk clerks were very unwelcoming. One had her head glued to computer monitor and never even made eye contact with us. The complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing. The croissants and other pastries were stale. "We stayed at the Pearl St address. It’s beautiful and clean. We wished our room had a coffee maker. We are early risers. Coffee was not available downstairs until 7:30. The continental breakfast at the main building was disappointing. (No butter for the toast) We would definitely go back. Kingston is a charming town."
