"Overall clean, most important is the bed of course. Hotel was fine. Nice area. Quaint. Great staff. Biggest complaint is that I picked this hotel specifically because the tubs looked nice. The jets didnt work in both of the rooms I was in and the drain smelled / was semi clogged in one. If you are looking forward to relaxing in a bath try a different hotel. If you like showers, it's just fine."

"This hotel has great location and located near the university and city center. Ithaca commons is 5 minute drive . We stayed in a room on the ground floor and we had a private entrance to the back parking lot which was wonderful . Staff was helpful . Little kitchenette came in handy . We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would stay here again ."

"You can tell they made an effort to renovate the rooms. This is a motel with pretty cramped rooms, best suited for a solo person or couple, in transit for a couple days. Their renovation efforts are a bit hindered by some maintenance issue, hence the missing star. Still, i would recomend this as a decent motel, suited for singles or couples transiting the area.
