"The water park was a lot of fun but the bar was understaffed. We paid for a cabana and didn’t have a server, waited at the bar for 45 mins before being acknowledged. The restaurants were not open, except for bixbys which had limited choices (and half were sold out) that were over priced. The beds were uncomfortable and kids ran the halls all night long being very loud. I would probably go back for a day trip tot he water park, but staying at the hotel is not recommended. If you do your best bet is ordering food in. "

"The hotel is spread in different locations in older buildings. It can be a bit surprising that you have to roll your bags a couple of blocks after checking in. The area is very charming. The room was great and the bed comfy. The bathroom could do with a going over with brass polish. When all the fixtures are brass, it takes some upkeep. We slept in and missed breakfast, but there are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"The room is always clean and tidy. The hot tub in the room was nice as well. The staff are always nice. Hopefully they will add more items to their stores. I feel that the breakfast should be open longer."
