"Do not stay here. The room smelled like smoke and there was hair everywhere. They did not do a good job cleaning at all. The hallways and doors had scratches and stains everywhere. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I talked to the managers they declined me any help and made me pay for the room even though I left."

"Very convenient to the casino and golf courses. Rooms were fairly clean and modern although I had stray flies in my room for several days. Everyone was very friendly throughout the hotel - front deck housekeeping, restaurants and the casino floor."

"Overall room was fine. One would think with what we paid to stay there they would be at least a small refrigerator in the room… but they didn’t. Being my wife’s birthday I looked into perhaps doing something special like having a little cake to celebrate in the room later in the evening. Upon inquiring, a small cake to serve 2 people they said was over $50!! NOT!!!"

"Our room was very clean save for a wet bath towel still hanging on bathroom door. I have to say the room was very quiet even tho’ it was a Friday night. Could not hear any adjoining tv’s which was a relief and could not hear guests on both sides. Beds comfortable with clean linens. Staff was very congenial. My husband appreciated the fresh coffee in the office area. The Bagel shop next door was a nice surprise."

"The Utica Delta Marriott was comfortable and convenient. Free Parking was available. Staff were helpful and welcoming."

"It’s close to many restaurants and it has free parking"
