"Location was very easy to find. Gas station and a couple of restaurants very close. Two grocery stores within ten minutes. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Enjoyable stay. You will be hard pressed to find a better value in the area!"

"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all...

"I was upstate for work this weekend and had a lovely stay at Silas House. The owners were kind and helpful, and the space was beautifully designed and well appointed with everything I needed. I thought it was an extremely reasonable price for how beautiful and elevated it is. I hope to stay here again! "

"The room was pretty but not that clean. The bathroom door would not close. The door to the room was crooked . The shower didn’t have a lot of pressure and the water didn’t get super hot. "

"This place was awesome. Very clean, nicely appointed, very welcoming. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Only downside is that it is a second floor unit and the stairs are a little steep but still totally worth it "
