"The place was average with the exception of no cool air and some construction going on. You could open a couple of the windows. It was very difficult to sleep because of the heat and no fan or air conditioning! Plus, I couldn't figure out how to work the venetian blinds. There were no additional curtains. Thus, the sun woke me around 5:30. The room was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hot breakfast was good. For the above reasons, I wouldn't stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay and the owners go above board trying to make sure that there is everything in there that you might possibly need. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Clayton it was absolutely wonderful experience."

"Cute little cabin that had a lot of amenities available. Local grocery is only a few minutes away. Problems: beds are hard, the main „queen“ bed is two twins pushed together but the seam isn‘t connected so we kept falling through the middle and it was too small. ‚Would’ve chosen something else had I known. Fan in living room didn‘t work, someone removed the chain and still couldn‘t get it to turn on. Very hot during the summer. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking, be sure to check...

Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. "
