"Management was rude and unprofessional. There were issues with my room (running toilet, broken fireplace) and no attempt was made to rectify the issue. What is advertised on the website is not what the actual experience will be. The worst part was the inability to contact someone in charge because the person at the front desk was rarely there and when she was, she had seemingly no interest in helping and was borderline rude. "

"Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money "

"This is a beautiful property with a very attentive staff. We enjoyed a wonderful family Christmas trip. Hope to go back soon!"

"Hotel was very clean and check in and out was quick and effecient. Compimentary breakfast or at least coffee would have been nice, as most similar hotels offer. Also the bar did not open til 6pm....we would have liked to have had a cocktail when we checked in at 4 or 5 prior to leaving for the function we had to go to. Overall very nice hotel."

"The only drawback of this hotel is the Storyteller restaurant and lounge. It's such a beautiful room but the options there are so limited if you want to just relax and have a drink or small bite in the afternoon. I was there with my family from 3pm - 5pm and we managed to get coffee and one iced tea but it was not as easy as you'd think for such a lovely room and bar."

"Only hot option was hard boiled eggs. Toaster only toasted light, even on dark option. Place was clean and organized. No vending machines anywhere in the building. Our room on the third floor smelled like dirty socks unless the AC was on. The thermostat only worked when it wanted to. Saw the front desk lady throw her cigarette down in front of the main door on her way in. "

"So nice and so clean. The staff was awesome. The room was even better. Super cute and perfect for a quiet little getaway. Nice area with lots of food and options. My room was the bomb.com. I really enjoyed the little patio too. "

"Didn't have a mountain view. Room was clean and up to my standards. Indoor pool was clean and busy. The food isn't what it used to be. No more waffle makers and not everyone cares for the taco stuff. I'm one of them. Also, had the same scrambled eggs and tater rounds every day. Not impressed with this change. "
