"We got there and the front desk did not have us listed for a room...didn't get a room until 10:30 p.m. after my husband insisted. Then, they put us in a cottage with an air conditioner full of mold...I am deathly allergic...last time landed me in the emergency room. It wasn't until the morning that we got to talk with a manager. Funny thing, I had called ahead and the manager on duty said we were all set????"

"The place is comfortable and has a beautiful view. However, instructions for check-in need to be clearer. Address on website takes you to rooms and check in is at least a 5 minute drive away. Then had to drive back to room for stay. Very confusing. Luckily, maitenance staff was driving there and directed us. When we returned other guests had the same issue and we directed them, there was not staff at site around to help. Should have check in on site at lodge."

"You are paying exorbitant price for rooms but no continental fre breakfast? No clock in my room. Parking at your own risk. I have stayed in Marriots before. I will not stay at this one ever again. Also had to fork over $500 to cover for room damages want told about this. Never again."

"In the middle of a hot summer, the pool was not opened. The bedrooms were dirty and smelling like mold. The breakfast was limited, not even scramble eggs nor ham. It served the purpose of sleeping one night, at least I tried."
