"The most disgusting place I’ve stayed, they false advertise the rooms. They are gross and smell terrible to the point we had to leave and they did not gives us our money back and wanted to argue!"

"A wonderful stay, at a wonderful charming inns. The owners were so welcoming and great to deal with. Will 100% book a return trip when we are back in area."

"Staff were great, everything else not so much"

"Staff was great my friend forgot her kindle and they found and saved for us."

"This is an old-fashioned motel - one floor with parking right in front of your door. We stayed one night for a wedding in the area. The rooms were basic and clean; the bed was comfortable. The price seemed a bit high for what it was, but that may well be because of high demand near Skaneateles on a Saturday night in August. Nonetheless, I'd suggest their considering an update of their air conditioning at some point as it was a windo-type model inserted through the back wall, As such, it didn't...

"Great location. Room was neat and tidy with wonderful touches for comfort (fluffy bathroom mat!) and organization (well-placed storage and hooks). Friendly staff and good coffee/muffins for breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Beautiful property and location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast!"

"Great location and has parking"

"The owner and her assistant, Mary were very friendly and helpful! Beautifully maintained place to stay that’s only a few steps from the main strip of restaurants, shops, and lake."

"Extremely overpriced "
