"Awesome"

"There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby."

"I like the camper idea but before someone stay in the unit have to make sure everything is perfect! because isn’t cheap."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do in the area (hiking, restaurants, etc.) The staff was very nice and accommodating. I found the bed to be uncomfortable though, it creaked at every little movement and the mattress dipped in the middle which made for a restless night."

"Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to...

"Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited."

"Very beautiful and historic. The property and the town. A bit enchanting. Nice boutique, locally owned shops. Fees like you stepped back in time. The room in the courtyard, Courtyard Double, was huge. It had a kitchenette type area with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator, sitting area with a decanter of cream sherry, gas fire place. When you step outside, there is a beautiful view of delamater house and Fall foliage. Stunning. Breakfast was a few steps away. Quaint breakfast bldg....

"I was here one 1x night and it was exactly what I needed . Took an uber and slept like a Queen ."

"We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as...

"The grounds and rooms and decor are very upscale Catskill and nice. I really enjoyed the many amenities available all day, including: games; coffee and tea; s'more kits; the fire pit that was well tended (and there was also an outdoor fireplace), the gas fireplace in the room and the small touches even in terms of encouraging a relaxing shower and the noise-cancelling machine in room - just very thoughtful touches everywhere."

"One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The...
