"Didn’t give me codes for march 5 stay so I need a refund. Property is very scary homeless people in the hallway, dark parking lot, giving wrong key codes out. One lady got the key code to the wrong room and walked in on someone and I’m afraid this may happen to me. Makes me very uneasy. It’s a live motel. I had to clean my room. Rooms are not that clean. Stairwells are sketchy. I could’ve stayed at the Hilton or Best Western."

"The staff was terrific. They really extended themselves for us. The main problem was that the rooms were terribly dark and some of the much needed lightbulbs did not work and they had to order replacements (specialty bulbs). You could not really read in the room. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. If you like a nice, bright hotel room, this is probably not the place for you."

"The parking lot is very dirty and full of garbage. The outside door on one entrance is unlocked at all times. People come in and do drugs and stay for free in the hallway. Then room one broken toilet, room two broken and electrical taped window, then third room faulty electrical, dirty, greasy substance everywhere and hand prints on all walls. But in the meantime we go to the desk and ask for a room that is functional and that we paid for and we got told we could go to another hotel, and that he...

"No time to use the pool or gym..But loved my everything else..would definitely stay again "
