"Excellent stay, clean comfortable great staff. Will definitely stay again"

"Staff were of no help whatsoever when I wanted to book a taxi to Syracuse airport. I tried twice and neither staff member was helpful or even interested in trying to help. It cannot be a unique situation that a guest wants to arrange a ride to the airport. I am baffled."

"Ability to raise and lower the shade level was not easy. Apparatus was not very secure."

"The fact of the matter is this is for all intents and purposes a motel. There were no amenities that I noticed, nor had time to use to be fair, so maybe there was something and I just wasn't aware. "Good place clean"

"We had to leave at 4am due to the BEDBUGS. The worst staff and most filthy room I've every encountered. Paid for 2 nights and lasted 5hrs."

"Bar staff was great. Enjoyed meeting the owners and would return ASAp."

They could make some simple improvements but most stay there due to the price."

"The AC was horrible and kept going off and on during the night. It got hot multiple times."

"In today's world you should be able use the internet. The wifi access was terrible. Also you couldn't close the doors to the bedrooms. What was that all about?"

"Great nice area"
