"Prima uitgangspunt om Troyes te verkennen. Kamers waren erg schoon en personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat we leuk vonden is dat we s’avonds gewoon een koffietje konden drinken in de bar zonder additionele kosten. Minder was dat de drankjes niet lekker waren. Ik bestelde Moscow mule, die in een Glas geserveerd werd ipv een koperen mok en die gewoon niet lekker was."

"Very compact room but well laid out. Quiet. The only complaint is that it is quite remote and because we had not eaten we wanted to eat at the restaurant the evening of arrival. The lady said we had not booked and it was full so not possible which I consider awful service, especially on a Sunday when any shops would be closed. We fortunately had some nuts and apples that evening but it has put me off the place for any future trips."

"L’immeuble est d’origine ce qui fait son charme. Mais je ne crois pas que c’est un 5 étoiles. Le déjeuner pour deux personnes a coûté €30 et le lait pour le café c’était du lait condensé. Le lavabo de la salle de bain sentait les vieux égouts."

"Parking as we had a low sports car this was a relief to see the car park was ground level (Flat) must book in advance for there car park. As they do use a public car park when this one gets full so we were pleased to have received a space. 🚗"

"Slecht onderhouden hotel waar alles erg verouderd is. Onze familiekamer was niet heel schoon met nog haren in het bad en een niet goed werkend toilet. Ook het eten in het restaurant en het ontbijt in de bar is zeer matig en daardoor veel te duur. De minigolf banen zijn in slechte staat. Het zwembad is heel basic al was het water wel schoon."

"Excellent stay — I only wish we had stayed longer. The room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. I particularly loved the beautiful décor with cotton flowers, a lovely touch reflecting Troyes and the region’s textile heritage. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for just one night, so unfortunately didn’t have time to explore all the facilities. Definitely a place we would love to return to."

"Wij waren hier voor 1 nachtje op doorreis naar Nederland. Mooi, schoon, fris hotel. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie perfect ongeveer 500meter van het oude centrum. Inchecken ging moeizaam. Maar hulp gehad van de helpdesk. Dus als weer in orde. Jammer dat de koffie machine defect was. Goede parkeergelegenheid aan de overkant van de weg. Wel betaald."

"We booked for one night thinking the logis had a certain standard but it was like a really cheap motel. The bed had one thin pillow each and when I asked for a second pillow the only thing they offered was 2 cushions. Not a nice experience at all. I would not recommend."

"Elegant,chic decor, terraces and gardens welcome photographs! Glamorous bedroom with generous bathroom accessories and towels. Breakfast was extra but served in small delightful dining room with tables situated near the big grand fireplace. The hotel is a perfect restoration of a building from the Middle Ages in the Olde Section of Troyes ! One of the staff welcomed our very late arrival and waited on the small medieval street to show us where to park and to carry in our luggage. We reserved...
