"Excelente personal, el desayuno resultó delicioso. Toda la ciudad limpia! Un hermoso destino!"

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not the same as shown in the pictures, and several basic amenities were missing, including a hair dryer, tissues, and bottled water. "Really nice hotel in the middle of the trees. Original and well decorated, the room are great. Breakfast quantity can be improved"

"Rocio was such a great host. Made us feel very welcome and was always available for whatever we needed. Offering us coffee and free laundry service were very generous gestures we really appreciated. The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains."

Breakfast was delicious with a mix of fruits, eggs, bread and jam and juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Several restaurants are within walking distance!"

However the hotel made up for the disappointment of the town Banos. The problem for us was that we had already been to Iguazu Falls where the waterfalls are truly...

"En general todo bien. Solo el agua no estaba muy caliente"

"Me cancelaron mi reservación dos horas antes de llegar al hotel porque dicen que de su plataforma no les paga me dejaron a mí y a mi esposa con una niña de 7 años sin hotel en una ciudad que no conozco pésimo servicio"
