"This was the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I was very impressed. The check in process was smooth and easy. The attendant was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was similar to one's I've stayed in before. The big surprise was the dinner buffet they were serving. I didn't eat there the first night but I enjoyed the food they had the second night i was there. Very good breakfast options as well. Definitely a hotel i would stay at again when I'm visiting Columbus."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machines were hard to find and they weren't working on the bottom two floors and wasn't make aware of this till long walks for nothing. should have been told at check in."

"Rooms were clean, Staff was friendly. Pool didn't open till night before we left which was disappointing as didn't know it was closed for remodeling when booked and weightroom was also closed till 2nd day we were there made boring for an athlete that needs to work out"
