"Beautiful hotel! The staff were super helpful and the facilities were perfect. The room was perfect and large. Very well maintained and clean. Personally I would have preferred a little amenities kit in the bathroom and I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. With a buffet I expected more items on the menu and some of the pastry and hot food tasted quite stale which was disappointing considering the price. Overall, lovely hotel."

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Tired, sad, everything was dirty or broken with no care or attention. It wound have been somewhat acceptable if it was REALLY cheap but it wasn’t. The room I was allocated on the ground floor did not have any windows that opened, and there seemed to be an aircon/heating unit that wasn’t working; fans were already in the room but didn’t help with the blistering heat and lack of ventilation.
