"Great staff"

"The property felt safe for me as a solo traveller and was well situated for all the sights, bars and restaurants, and public transport."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great- near the train station and huge shopping area. The room was spacious and appeared to be updated recently-nicely decorated. I needed my medication in the fridge near me, so they brought one up and just sat it in the room. . Their policy is to take your medication and store it in the fridge by check-in. It was very offputting for a high-end hotel. The rooms were clean, but very cold decor. The breakfast was average at best. We’ve been traveling...

"Wonderful hotel, would 100% return, lovely staff, great location, rooms were good size and clean."

"A charming spot with great access to Old Lyon."

"Hotel in a great location for the old town attractions. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. On the downside, the shower was too compact and no door to retain the water from splashing on the floor. The breakfast offering appear to be limited, if you did not want the continental."
