"It was a good room with a view of the canal and swimming pool. It was too far from the centre of town - our fault for not checking enough before booking. A problem in common with most hotels is the lack of decent towel rails - if they want us to reuse towels in the interest of sustainability they need to provide decent and sufficient towel rails so we can hang the towels to dry."

"The previous reviews about the small size of the hotel rooms were not kidding. I booked a room for three people. Myself and my two young adult daughters. We are kind of small people. 5’5” and all under 120 pounds. We could not pass each other in the space in this room. It was very claustrophobic. In the bathroom, the shower is about 1 foot away from the toilet and has a curtain but is not enclosed so you have to squeegee the whole bathroom floor after you shower. "The hotel was very clean and trendy. The staff were super helpful both at check out and with requests during our stay. It is in a very convenient location for visiting many of the major sights in Copenhagen. It is also very close to public transit/Metro. Would definitely recommend a stay"

"The hotel was lovely and very modern. It was exceptionally clean and our room was a good size. The location was good and you could get to most places within 10/15 minutes of walking. The hotel was quite warm however the room had a Dyson fan which helped to cool the room down greatly. The staff were also very helpful and provided ice etc. to take to the room for drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!"

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and communal areas are nicely decorated. The twin room was a bit compact, but very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed."
