"The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island...

This false advertising has caused a lot of stress, as we were meant to fly direct from Sydney as advertised but instead were diverted and left stranded in Auckland for three days due to last minute flight cancellation then had flights to get us...
