"When we arrived parking was limited due to teams of Tour de France also staying at the hotel so we had to park at the bottom. They had two gentleman running carts to transport guests and their luggage Check in took forever not sure why it was such a lengthy process at this hotel but it was and there was a long line. I do think there could be a better check in process. We were placed in house 5 which was down a bit. The room is beautiful and so are the hotel grounds. The buffet breakfast was...

"This is a lovely, well located hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I was traveling with my small dog and we enjoyed the proximity to the parks and the tree lined walk directly in front of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorites now!!"

"The staff were not cooperative or helpful during our stay, which made the experience even more disappointing. Despite the hot weather, there was no air conditioning in the room, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and relax. We expected at least basic comfort and proper assistance from the hotel staff, but unfortunately, neither was provided. Overall, the room conditions, lack of AC, and unhelpful staff made our stay very unpleasant and far below what we expected from a hotel."

"Accueil parfait et cadre magnifique au bout effectivement du parc du château de Versailles. Le bâtiment, neuf d'un peu plus d'un an, est confortable et bien agencé. Tous les équipements proposés sont également de qualité. Vous pouvez donc réserver en toute confiance auprès de cet établissement. "
