"The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful. They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then...

"I had the most magical stay here. It is truly beautiful and so well-curated. The staff is kind, thoughtful and helpful. The rooms are beautifully furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the AC is fantastic. I cannot wait to stay here again. So convenient, you can see Versailles's structures from your room. Breakfast is incredible."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The wash basin in my room did not drain properly, the fire alarm beeped nearly every night, and the elevator was out of order for most of the stay. Unfortunately, none of these issues were addressed or resolved despite my five-night stay."
