"Property was severely lacking working amenities - the tv had blurred screen, the gas was not working throughout the stay. We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. However on the day of checkout, we were repeatedly disturbed by the staff, asking us to check out and every time we had to again explain the situation. "The location was amazing, but the bathroom had tons of water damage and bugs everywhere. The tub/shower situation was terrible as there were no curtains or dividers so water just got everywhere. The staff was really slow and didn’t understand a lot of our requests and while the lobby was bright and airy, I wish we would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere. We paid a lot for basic accommodation. "

"Pros: Great location with an amazing beachfront experience, a pretty good breakfast, and the staff let us hang out in the hotel area a few hours before our check-in. Cons: A bit old rooms, very cold inside with no possibility of making it warmer. We are from Ukraine, and the staff was trying to talk in Russian to us, literally the whole stay.
