"Very nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff"

"The hotel shuttle to get back to the airport was a bonus. Large spacious and clean rooms and the restaurant on site was delicious!"

"My toilet didn’t work and sink didn’t drain. Bar and restaurant staff were haughty. Our server disappeared and didn’t return to take our dessert order or give the bill. Lobby is nice but the rooms are lacking. I paid way too much money fora room with no working toilet or sink and no way to adjust the air. Told staff and they shrugged and said sorry. There are other hotels in the area. Best to try them"

"Good experience staying here! staff was super friendly and helpful i would definitely recommend"

"This is a very nice hotel for a pre or post flight stay. Only 2 miles from the airport. Very clean, good breakfast, staff is friendly and helpful. The only down side is no airport shuttle, but there is a dedicated phone in the lobby to arrange a taxi which arrived a bit early even! I felt the taxi ride was high for the distance. But that is not the problem of the hotel. There might be a better solution such as uber."

"Urige Atmosphäre, nettes Personal, ältere Infrastruktur"

"This hotel is a bit far from the airport. However, if you want to just rest, like we did, and then head on in to Edinburgh, it’s fine. We just took the bus, which stops very close to hotel and then went into town then got on the train at Waverly. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Town is just down the hill , walkable if you want to have dinner out. But restaurant there is good and convenient."

"Nicely furnished room, all mod cons that you need and friendly local atmosphere"

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"Solo traveler! After reading the reviews, I found they were completely accurate. The staff—especially Julie and Ashley—were fantastic, as was the rest of the team! However, the hotel itself is quite outdated given the nightly rate. The room heater wasn't functional, the heated towel rack was unreliable, and no hairdryer was provided. While the bed was on the firmer side—which I personally prefer—it was a very lumpy. Please note that breakfast is not served on-site, as the café does not open...

"Value for money"

"Great location, easy access can't go wrong here"

"It was perfectly situated in the centre of Linlithgow. Has private parking, great security and is created with the idea of having a little more space than a hotel. Would highly recommend"

"The hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant. If you are expecting luxury then book somewhere else. This was a business trip and I wanted to see what the hotel was like and I was impressed."
