"We were only at the property for one night, but clean and comfortable. They had a nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon that was very good. This was our first time meeting in the pub area near the front desk, and there was a nice group of other parents who had children graduating from college. We enjoyed the company of the others, and the woman that served everyone had a great personality. It was an enjoyable experience."

"Fabulous restored 1880's mansion. Richard is very attentive and will give you a tour of the place when you arrive. The Expedia listing did not note that our particular room (Martha) had a bathtub but no shower. Also, the double bed, in a period bedframe, was on the small side. We're flexible, it was fine. Full, delicious breakfast but it is at a set time and is coursed out, so it lasts a while. Worth it, but you may want to plan your morning accordingly. I would stay again, but probably in one...

" Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!"
