"Such a unique and lovely hotel. The staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the record players with vinyl selection in the lobby is such a fun amenity. Convenient location, easy valet, delicious on site dining. It’s quiet, safe, and comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Your staff is Five star! Hotel needs updating badly. My far the worst Four Seasons we have stayed in.
On the day of check-in, our flight was delayed and we got in at 2:30 in the morning had room service and it was an edible. Your staff indicated they would remove the charges, but I see we were still charged for them as well."

"The second bedroom had no window and you had to climb across the bed to get in as there was no room either side. The bathroom is very small. It is an old building that has been renovated but noise easily travels between floors.
Great location and a very well fitted out kitchen area, they made the most of the space available."
