"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower in the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as we found hairs in the soap holder and on the shower walls. Also, although the hotel is advertised as smoke-free, our room had a noticeable cigarette odor. Addressing these issues would make the stay even more enjoyable for future guests."

I checked out early and was not happy to have to find somewhere else to stay. This isn't normal for me and I've used this chain often. Hope they get their act together"

The staff at both check in and at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Was not cheap but was a lot of room for the money.
