"Sehr nette Unterkunft. Simples Zimmer mit Balkon. "

"This hotel was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. The room was clean, bed was enormous, The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Could not fault it. Breakfast was amazing and whatever you wanted was available… more than Enough for choice. The pool was outstanding. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we were absolutely delighted with your kindness and thoughtfulness with regards to my birthday and room...

"The swimming pool was clean and fresh to swim in. Rooms were quiet and user friendly."

"Loved my stay. The staff was humble and always available to help. Whenever I requested for items or services, the staff promptly responded. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very convenient and close to beaches, restaurants and coffee shops which made my stay more enjoyable."

"今回、3人で利用しましたが、それぞれの部屋にシャワーとトイレがあるため、気を遣うことなく部屋を利用できました。 料理に必要な道具は一通り揃っており、水とウェルカムフルーツもサービスしてもらいました。 気になることはLINEで気軽に確認することができ、連泊中に洗濯や掃除も済ませてもらえたため、何も不自由はありませんでした。"

"The room was extremely comfortable and we were very close to the beach but also had nice choices of restaurants right around us. Would definitely stay here again if we came back! Thank you 🙏 "

"The property was very clean and inviting. You can tell some of the rooms had just been built so there was a very clean and new feeling to the place. The room had everything we needed, and it was located in a perfect area close to many shops and restaurants, but it was also hidden and away from the noisy street. The host was very kind and checked in on us; they also helped with recommendations and helped answer any questions I had very quickly."

"We stayed at Novotel Kata for a 1 week, Breakfast was delicious more varieties. I booked family room thinking it accommodates 4 people according to website, my friend was going to join us for last 3 days. Property was not accommodating and I had to book other room because resort said they can not accommodate 4 adult but they would not refund and change my booking to 2 separate rooms. I had to pay for extra room on top of family room for for 4 of us. It is way up on hill to walk up, shuttle runs...

"The staff were very friendly and the location is actually pretty nice. I’d come here again"

"Shops and breakfast could be found nearby. I am not aware of any restaurant being on site. The room was relatively large and i would say fine but pretty average, as was most about the hotel. It was good value though, and staff were friendly. "

"Location right on the beach with easy access was great, staff are lovely, would visit again"
