Besides the very good location, the cleanliness and the unbeatable price (low season), the owner Sam is the main reason for our pleasent experience there. He always helped us alot with organizing all sort of things (airport pick-up, sights and restaurant recommendations...) and just made us feel welcome. "Mom Tri's Villa Royale is indeed a hidden gem. The breakfast is incredible, very versatile. The room was big and beautiful with a view of the bay. The best thing in this hotel is the staff. We felt very special every day - great vacation and will come again! The hotel is not in a busy, happening spot of Phuket but the hotel arranges for transportation and outings. The hotel is right over the water and you can hear the waves."

"The location was excellent. We did not realize we were located right within the Kata night market until arrival, which was very convenient and a neat atmosphere. With the market going on daily, our stay and room was very quiet. The room was clean as well. Only thing that was odd was the bathroom window had open view to a balcony above across the way as we were on the 3rd floor. However we just closed the bathroom door.
