"My room was clean and well maintained upon arrival. The staff cleaned it regularly, and housekeeping took care of it every day. Each time I returned late at night, the room was spotless. "Our stay at Sue @ Cozy was very pleasant. The accommodation is within the Kata Walking Street Market, which was a very convenient place for food and drink! The room was quiet, well equipped, relatively comfortable, and the staff was attentive. One thing we’ll mention is that since Sue was away on holiday (we came during the low/rainy season) the bar downstairs was not open. Not a problem though, as there were many options in the surrounding area. Overall, would recommend! "

"Really good rooms, good size, very clean and well maintained. Feels a bit weird when you first get in due to the shape of the building, but soon got used to it. Common areas and pool very quiet and nicely kept. The plunge pool and hot bath was a bonus, shame the sauna and steam room weren't quite ready for use as currently being refurbes, but looked great. The bar on the top deck is worth a visit for the view. Good location, easy to walk to Kata and Kata Noi beach."

"The moment we checked in up to checking out was such a nice and professional experience. The desk staff were helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning and refreshing supplies in our room was great.
