"Not really a hotel. The front desk closes at 4 pm. We are told this in a tiny little addendum at the bottom of the Expedia reservation, there is -no- indicator on the booking page when booking. They take your money and then you don’t have a room, and they say no refunds. How is this not a scam?"

"The hotel has over 25 floors with 32 rooms average per floor. The hotel had 1/2 of its elevators working with a packed hotel full of volleyball players and prom events. The wait for an elevator was very long and each elevator was full making it impossible to come and go from your room with ease. I inquired about servicing the elevators and I was met with resistance.
