"Rooms were dirty apon arrival, multiple times during our stay they were out of towels and wash clothes so we went and purchased our own. Pool and hot tub area was dirty and unkept. But drinks at the pool bar were great. Lol staff was nice though. "

"Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts....

"Beware of hidden resort fees not disclosed. Self parking at the property is also an additional fee. The place was average, you’re paying to be close to Disney, not worth the prices and fees unless you want to be within reasonable distance to parks and springs. "

"This place is absolutely phenomenal. We accidentally found it two years ago and we come here almost exclusively when we go to Orlando. There are so many things to do on the property. The Venetian is one of the best restaurants. Period. If you are coming with children, however, just a warning do bring pool toys. It will save your day! The staff is also phenomenal. Tipping extra is always a good idea although not expected in my experience, they work really really hard and the extra appreciation...
