"Clean room, good staff."

"I recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is new, modern, and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also decent and a nice added touch. My main concern was the housekeeping policy. Service is only provided upon request, which is fine in theory, but when I did request it, there seemed to be a communication issue. No one came to empty the trash or provide clean towels, which...

"Clean and great location near the airport. Pool needs more chairs!"

"Comfortable stay for overnight to go on cruise. Shuttle vert worn but serviceable. Overall good stay. "

"Pool wasn’t clean, outdoor chairs were comfortable by the pool. The coffee was in the restaurant area and was told that it wasn’t hot and that I had to put it in the microwave. Our room was clean minus the red stains in the comforter."

"Bath room was spotless. The room was clean also. However the comforters had a stale smell( like moldy). The breakfast selection was ok but very clean and well stocked. The staff other than the security guard were not as friendly as some are in hotel industry. Usually hotels would provide extra blankets or sheets in the room, however we were told to go at the front desk and get them. Which is fine if that’s the norm now. The location is good. Parking was $20/ day which I feel is a bit too much...
