"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. On the very first day, my Dior sunglasses were stolen from the pool area. There are no security cameras around the pool, and the area is constantly crowded with children and guests. It raises a serious question—how are guests supposed to feel safe or recover stolen items in such an environment?

"It was family friendly and check in process was easy. We enjoyed the amenities although I was the splash pad area for toddlers had warm water. The water was freezing cold we couldn’t enjoy going down the slide without shivering with my 3 year old. The lazy river was warm and enjoyable so was the main pool"
