"The staff is very friendly and helpful. Buses run every 30 min, and you get a free pass to Disney typhoon when checking in, so that was a plus. Only down side is that there’s not much availability for late check out, although they allow you to leave your bags in the front and enjoy the hotel amenities after check out. So all in all we had a great time. Kids loved it and I would definitely recommend. "

"Friendly staff, great customer service, clean rooms and a ton of amenities. The parking was a little tough to find around night time but overall, highly recommend this to someone going to Orlando. "

"Although the parking garage was a bit challenging, the location, amenities and staff were fantastic. The pool and bar were also very good. We did find a candy wrapper under the sink and a long strand of hair in the tub but we found the hotel to be very clean otherwise. "

"Great spot for destination event. Can't afford this luxury on the reg. Parking was $38. Resort fee $40 and it rained the whole weekend. Sigh......"

"The staff was very nice, lazy river area was very large, the rooms are to update and were very clean. The only issue I had was the photos online, did not represent the room I actually had. For example there was no jacuzzi tub in the two room villa, even tho there was photos of it and listed as it did. There is ton of restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel and aleast to the Orlando Outlets it’s about 35ish mins with traffic. "
