"Cleanliness and the pool bar wait staff was terrific. We did get taken by the conceiare with the time share presentation, did not buy anything but the money we got back was not what we were told."

"Room was very clean. The first room had a funny odor and I was quickly moved. No issues after that. Staff was amazing. They always are Laundry facilities onsite, $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry very reasonable in 2025 for a full size load. Ive stayed here four rime as a solo woman and love it. Feel very safe here. I also had to have a mobility scooter delivered and they were very helpful with that as well. Great location and great staff. "

"I'm always cautious about staying at different hotels but this hotel was absolutely amazing! It was stunning and absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean, the staff was so kind and helpful. The property and pool area was gorgeous! Multiple hot tubs and saunas. Large pool with a play area for kids. Less than 10 minutes from the Disney parks. Walmart directly across the street, literally a 3 minute drive. I will be staying at this hotel whenever I'm in this area."
