"The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I like to sleep on a firm bed so that is the kinda bed that it was, and I loved it!! The pool was clean and the bed sheets were clean as well. It was close to everything, it was about 15 mins away from Disney Springs and all the other parks. I will be booking here again."

"This resort was over my expectations myself and family had a blast here and to let others know Yes some floors did have a small wet carpet smell BUT please remember that have a full water park and kids and Adults came back from the water amenities soak so it will spill on to carpets in halls but staff did try to dry it up quick as possible Rooms where great size for me and 4 family members I wished I could have used Spa but the kids took up my time lol but drinks and food were delicious easy...

"The washer and dryer didn't work. No dolly cart for your belongings and when you did find one the tires are flat or broken. Shower floor seems not to have been cleaned in some time. AC finally reached the set temperature in the morning! And the RESORT FEE NONSENSE! EXPEDIA ( Not there fault and was advised of the problem) The new parking Fee! Just stop with the fee's, The personal that thinks this up, GET SOME HELP AND PLEASE STOP THIS B.S. JUST TELL TRUTH OF WHAT THE ROOM WILL COST, TOTAL...

"They didnt clean the room any days, we have to ask for towels and everything. Thanks God is was only for sleep and we spend most of the time in the street"
