"Nice Pool"

"We just recently stayed on the property. Staff were fabulous but the room that was provided to us was quite dated. The property itself was clean but staff was not cleaning tables at the small amenities like the ice cream shop or counters. Over all 3.5/4"

"Don’t know where to begin but this is not the same resort I stayed in last year .. the room was different very dated … sink stopped up .. internet was non existent, trash in wall ways .. and a dog barked for 6 days starting at 5 am and no one could ever find the dog … I reached out to management several times I will say the managers were very nice and understanding but it was pretty much a done deal at that point … to spend so much money for that resort and no compensation back was a shocker! "

"We recently stayed at Reunion Resort and Golf Club. I was concerned because the rate was low and concerned about what kind of unit we would get. We arrived at 2am because our flight was delayed but check in was super quick. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. We had an older condo-1990's/early 2000's I would say, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our family. It was clean and well maintained. We stayed on Whispering Way, which is really close to the Waterpark and the fitness center. We were able to walk to both which, considering the size of the place, was great. Everything on the grounds is clean and well maintained. We saw groundkeepers everyday. We didn't actually get to use the waterpark because they didn't allow outside drinks which we didn't know about. We went to another pool and they didn't ask and we bought lunch and drinks there anyway so it was fine. We didn't play golf there becase it was expensive but would definitely stay here again when we're in town."

"Booked expecting a ChampionsGate location, but after booking was given an address in a completely different area. I tried to cancel, they wouldn’t let me, moved forward anyway. That turned out to be a mistake. The home had a strong odor, visible mold (including in the pool area), and very dirty, unsanitary carpet. It was not as described at all. We had to leave immediately and did not stay. Management was completely unresponsive! I called multiple times and sent photos/messages on WhatsApp that were read but ignored. The only help we received was from Expedia. Thanks to management not responding and declining any kind of help at all, we booked another place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Very disappointing experience overall."
