"Nice Pool"

"We recently stayed at Reunion Resort and Golf Club. I was concerned because the rate was low and concerned about what kind of unit we would get. We arrived at 2am because our flight was delayed but check in was super quick. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. We had an older condo-1990's/early 2000's I would say, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our family. It was clean and well maintained. We stayed on Whispering Way, which is really close to the Waterpark and the fitness center. We were able to walk to both which, considering the size of the place, was great. Everything on the grounds is clean and well maintained. We saw groundkeepers everyday. We didn't actually get to use the waterpark because they didn't allow outside drinks which we didn't know about. We went to another pool and they didn't ask and we bought lunch and drinks there anyway so it was fine. We didn't play golf there becase it was expensive but would definitely stay here again when we're in town."

"Booked expecting a ChampionsGate location, but after booking was given an address in a completely different area. I tried to cancel, they wouldn’t let me, moved forward anyway. That turned out to be a mistake. The home had a strong odor, visible mold (including in the pool area), and very dirty, unsanitary carpet. It was not as described at all. We had to leave immediately and did not stay. Management was completely unresponsive! I called multiple times and sent photos/messages on WhatsApp that were read but ignored. The only help we received was from Expedia. Thanks to management not responding and declining any kind of help at all, we booked another place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Very disappointing experience overall."

"We love staying here and have done for 12 trips so far, however this time the allocation of house wasn’t in our favour as we had a small plot backing onto a wall with a road on it. The houses were also far to closely packed together so it made for a lot of neighbour noise to. House was fine although could have done with some TLC to. Usually they are mint and on a sensibly sized plot but not this time. Also the site was hosting a large religious event over 2 weeks across Easter which literally took over the site, facilities etc. really they should block book the entire site for the festival goers as it made for a struggle at times, or at least put it on the website so yo can avoid those 2 weeks if you want a quieter experience."

"We stay at Reunion all the time. It was great. However, Expedia didn’t pay attention to the details I left about my mother having a knee replacement and to keep us on the bottom floor in a place closer to the main pool and lobby. They put us on the 4th floor in the building furthest away. "
