"Our one week stay in celebration of my wife's birthday at The Le Meridien Saigon Hotel was great. Our river view Club Access room was fantastic. The view of the river from our room made all of the difference as did the staff at the Club lounge. Tracy, Lang and Hanna at the Club Lounge were the best hostesses and made us feel at home, always smiling and very friendly, eager to please. "Excellent hotel- amenities, breakfast buffet, massage, majority of the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered a horrible experience at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel. The staff at that particular restaurant was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. However, overall this hotel is definitely a 5 star and the staff is 4 star due to my encounter at the Chinese restaurant. "
