Room was smaller than expected, Extra parking fee was not mentioned at time of booking and was very high, property details said full breakfast available but was not mentioned at time of booking that this was an extra charge as well. Pool was freezing and looked merky/no clean. Jets were not working ...

Pan Pacific Vancouver
Paper thin walls. Smelt awful. Almost packed up and left in the middle of the night and we only had to be there for 6 hrs.

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
