"Cleanliness was mediocre, sheets were dirty on bed. Asked for sheets to be changed after discovering they were dirty, but they never did it. Only reason we stay here is for the pool for the children."

"Breakfast, staff"

"Fantastic location for downtown Winnipeg and The Forks area. On site parking was a big bonus. The room had an odd smell on first entrance but 20 minutes or so of air conditioning cleared the air. Comfortable beds (compared with the Days Inns and Wingates to follow). Breakfast was "no frills" but quite adequate. If I return to Winnipeg, the Humphry will likely be my hotel of choice."

"The staff at this hotel is unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our Tv was not working and they offered to fix it next morning, when we had to check out. They collect your personal details like names of all guests that are staying which I found unusual. Parking is a nightmare. Narrow passages in the parking lot and no signs for hotel guest parking! They didn’t even offer wifi password and other details on paper. Avoid at all costs, experience was so bad that I had to write my first review!"

"I stayed here with my 10-year-old Samoyed, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and there is a large grassy area right behind the hotel, making it very convenient for dog walks. I would happily stay here again on future trips and highly recommend it to other pet owners. Sai from Toronto"
