"After many years of travelling, we stayed at our first bed & breakfast at No.5 East. Beautiful old mansion with beautiful rooms to stay in. Nice area with restaurants and shopping around the corner. Continental breakfast was great and the Latte’s exceptional. The hosts were amazing and easy to talk to. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Winnipeg. 5 stars from us"

"Front desk staff completely ignored us at check in. Even though we were visibly present with a three month old baby and 2 high energy kids, the front desk staff continued stacking chips for an additional 5-7 minutes while we waited to check into our room. After a really long day and another one ahead this was definitely not appreciated and made us feel very ignored. "

"i stayed in an suite at hilton. the furniture was faulty , like they bought it off temu as the desk was wobbly and the coffee table was flimsy too. as well it was hot in that room even when we had the ac on. other than that it was okay i guess"

"Arrived at 2am and checked into our room, only to find there was no bottled water—and worse, the tap water was brown. We were never informed there was an issue with the building’s water, which we absolutely should have been. Had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere. Despite paying $150, there was no discount or concern shown by staff. The overall situation felt chaotic, with police and emergency services attending to a drug-related incident on site. "Pool very dirty, under stocked towels, hot tub barely worked. Room was fine, some minor things were broken and the floor felt like we just came back from the beach. Bedding was also dirty. "
