"The staff were very friendly and didn’t mind my son who was having a hard time settling in. They didn’t say anything to him for just going to get tea. Then coming back to check pool times. Etc. He was able to explore the establishment and was respectful not disturbing other guests so that felt so much less stressful and I could truly relax as his mom and have my son kept busy "

"The hotel was nice and had a number of things to keep my kids busy. Bunk beds are doubles, so everyone had lots of room! The hotel has nice bonuses - elevators have aquarium’s, underground parking, and the on site self serve laundry was affordable and convenient. No hot water issues in the shower even at peak times. The area was decent with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Traffic on the road was busy but never high stress and easy turning in and out of the parking lot from both...
