"Upon checking into my assigned room, I discovered blood stains on the bedding. Concerned about the condition of the room, I removed the sheets and found additional blood stains on the pillows. I was shocked that a room in this condition had been cleaned, inspected, and placed into service for a guest. "Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road."

"Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice"

"Way more and better than I expected. Full sized fridge and two burner stove in the room with a full sized over the range microwave. Extremely clean, quiet, and comfy bed. Full laundry facility on site. Super surprised for the price. It highly exceeded my expectations. Bonus is the bowling alley next door. The only thing I would recommend is bringing extra pillows if you want more than one each."

"Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. "Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms."

"This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there"

"I stayed at this hotel for one day and had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. They provided plenty of fresh towels, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff at the front desk spoke to me with headphones in, did not speak clear English, and had a dismissive, non-customer-service attitude. The property is deceiving. From the outside, they clearly spend money on expensive lighting and fixtures to make it appear upscale, but once you step inside, it’s a completely different story: outdated appliances, disgusting flashing fluorescent lighting, stains on the floors, broken trim, missing ceiling tiles, and obvious neglect throughout.
