"Expedite doesn't have good communication with DBH , a communication gap I believe the was unable to get information at the establishments that matched what I paid for. I was disappointed and choose to stay else where and funds in this adventure."

"The room was clean but had a musty and moldy smell especially in the bathroom. This is a truly a budget motel with a quirky style (Elvis upfront an all over the property and retro rotary phones) and fits the bill for a one night stay - don't expect anything beyond a clean bed and bathroom (with the aforementioned mould, not sure if that is a problem with all the rooms). "This Motel wasn’t impressive from the outside, but give this place a chance. The room was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Pool was clean and the breakfast was great for a continental type serving."

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"

Our door had a hard time locking and staying shut. Very thankful the air conditioner worked very well. Amenities were sparse. What was there was useful. Staff we spoke to were great. Wish it was a better experience for what we paid."

"Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"

The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open.
